Koop Kirsten
Geographer, associate professor at the Institut de Géographie Alpine, Grenoble Alpes University, head of the master’s program « International Development Studies: Participation, Innovation, Sustainability », board member of the institute « Modus Operandi », member of the « Arbeitskreis Geographische Entwicklungstheorien ».
Kirsten Koop is working on the epistemology and the global circulation of development theories and models, on territorial development and on transformative social innovation. Ongiong projects : TéLiMep (Labex ITEM), and ANR MED-INN-LOCAL.
On behalf of the TéliMep project, she explores transformative social innovations and the emergence of alternative territorialities in Val de Susa (Italy) and in Trièves (France).
